PA Sound Systems, Staging, Podiums, Pipe & Drape Backdrops, Lighting, Audio Visual Equipment, Seating, Full Conference sets from our standard in-house models to custom made, transport and venue sourcing can all be done by our staff.

Venues:
We will book the venue for your conference allowing you to avail of our preferred rates. We have strategic relationships with a number of hotels and venues across Ireland so we can offer you a competitive package. From the conference room to break out rooms, from catering to accommodation let our team handle the logistics for you.

Conference Set Design:
Choose one of our in-house sets or backdrops for a highly competitive and professional service. Our set design team can custom make a set for your conference if required as we have done for several of our clients and other event companies in the past. Our build quality and installation meet the highest standards and we are, of course, fully insured.
Standard Set:
The set depicted is 16 foot across, 8 foot high on a 2 foot high stage, complete with podium. Suitable for a conference where no audio visual is required.
Intermediate Set:
The set depicted is 24 foot across, 8 foot high on an 2 foot high stage, with an 8 x 6 screen inset complete with podium. Suitable for a conference with delegates numbering 50 – 100.

Classic Set:
The set depicted is 32 foot across, 10 foot high on an 2 foot high stage, with an 8 x 6 screen inset complete with podium. Suitable for a conference with delegates numbering over 100.
Concept Set:
The set depicted is 16 foot across, 8 foot high on an 2 foot high stage, with 8 x 6 screen inset complete with podium. Suitable for a conference with delegates numbering over 100.
