Let Event Dimensions transform your chosen venue into the set of the X-Factor. Your staff are the stars of the show performing all their favourite songs.
As you enter the venue you will walk the pavement of the stars along the skyscraper lined entrance mixing and mingling with our Paparazzi Photographers and members of the press. A concealed sound system will play songs from the show during the drinks reception.
In the main dining area, each table will be dressed with black, white and red balloon bouquets and a black linen table cloth. (The balloons can be custom printed with yours and X-Factor logo’s)
Around the room we would display a series of life sized portraits of Stars and up-light them with ambient lighting.
The stage will be the main focal point of the room. The stage will be dressed with a 16ft by 8ft X-Factor backdrop and either side with cut outs of the stars.
To one end of the room will be a screen showing clips of various artists performing their greatest hits. Our DJ will provide appropriately themed background music during dinner.
After dinner the show kicks off….Our presenter (Shay Byrne RTE Radio) takes to the stage and welcomes the guests to the show. Louis, Sharon and of course Simon take to the stage and are joined by our Special Guests Judge…”Miss Pauline Abdul”
Our 10/15 acts then take to the stage and perform their favourite songs. The audience votes on their favourites and the top 5 perform again. Of course our Judges will have their say after each performance!!!!
How to raise Money:
Each contestant must raise a set amount of money in order to take part in the show. Once the sponsorship has been raised they choose a song practise their hearts out and compete on the night. We hold a sound check 2 hours before the show commences then its all systems go for a roller coaster night of singing and music.
