American Ambassador's July 4th Celebrations 2011

Thank you so much for participating in Embassy’s Independence Day celebrations at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence in The Phoenix Park.  Everyone (young and old) could not stop raving about the fun they had.  Did you see the papers on July 5- the jumbo slide was front and center!!!  Compliments/amazement are still coming in daily about the kids zone especially with the 45ft slide, the puppet/magic show, Uncle Sam, face painters- the whole lot; the smiles just couldn’t stop.  Everything was set up perfectly, well organized and more importantly your staff were cheerful and an absolute delight to work with and flexible.  I honestly don’t know if I could have asked for anything more!!

Pioneer Investments Oxegen Festival Night Out July 2011

Hi Rebecca,

I just wanted to say a huge thank you on behalf of the Pioneer Social Club for putting on a brilliant event for us last Friday! Everyone really enjoyed themselves and we got very positive feedback. :)

You were on the ball all night, thank you for your help getting the food sorted, and your ideas to get the remaining prizes given away were excellent. The DJ was fantastic as well! I really appreciate you helping everything to run so smoothly, I'm sorry I was a bit all over the place on the night but I got a call around 8:00pm to say that my flat had been broken into so I was back and forth making calls with my flatmate and another friend and the guards during the event.

Anyway it was a huge relief to know we had your very capable and fun self there to keep things on track! I'm sure we'll be in touch again in the future!

He was absolutely brilliant, it’s always a worry that these things will go one way or another but he was spot on, the delegates thought he was great. He was also a great help in getting the delegates to line up for photos and call for dinner, that kind of thing.

Dead of Night Festival 2009 Longford

Dear Peter and Sarah-Lou,

 On behalf of the Longford 'Dead of Night' Halloween Management Team,  I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your professionalism, dynamism and enthusiasm which contributed enormously in enabling us to transform Connolly Barracks, Longford into a spectacular and magical venue for the 5,000 people who took part in the 'Dead of Night' Festival on October 31st 2010.  

As an organiser, I found your expertise and insights really valuable at all stages of the project. At the very outset you helped us judge exactly how to utilise our enormous venue with just the right amount of attractions that would perfectly match the different age groups we catered to. In the weeks leading up to the event, you were always on hand to advise us and to answer any query / concern and to come up with practical solutions to problems. On October 31st (the day of the festival) your team impressed the Festival Management Team with their efficiency and lack of fuss in erecting the inflatables. After the event your team worked very late into the night making sure that everything was cleared away and left as it was before they arrived. 

In terms of product satisfaction, the quality of your inflatables was second to none. Their sheer size (they were pretty huge!), the fact that they were attended by your staff at all times and the variety of inflatables meant that there was something to entertain everyone - from toddlers to adults. The feedback from those attending the festival was unanimous - your inflatables and stalls really made the night! 

It was a pleasure working with you in 2009. Looking forward to working with you in 2010!

Gaming tables went down well with play off prizes being boasted about at the bar later.
 
A huge thanks to Joe the DJ. He played all the cheesy music I wanted, and made it the best night ever for our 5 year old. His patience with Zoe was amazing and she is currently planning her stage name for when she is a DJ.  DJ Zee being the current favourite.
 
Many thanks and if only I had the budget I would have you for my 41st but apparently I have to wait another 10 years for budgetary approval.

All in all,  the event went extremely well and we are grateful for all efforts made on the day. And, yes the head was sore for most of Saturday but that's always a sign of a great night!

There are really just two questions you ask yourself about an events company after your event: ‘Would we work with them again?’ and ‘would we recommend them to someone else?’ ‘In the case of ‘Event Dimensions’ it would be an unequivocal ‘Yes’ on both counts.

From the initial meetings, though to the planning stages and then to the staging of the event, the Event Dimensions team was professional, helpful and practical at all times. It was particularly impressive that all members of the team took a genuine interest in the event and contributed suggestions and ideas designed to enhance the conference feel and mood.

Attention to detail was evident throughout and on a number of occasions the Events Dimensions team identified areas for change or improvement which they felt would add to the ambience or running of the conference. This was genuine involvement in the event and in at least two instances resulted in the adoption of cheaper and more effective solutions.

The professionalism, helpfulness and flexibility of the technical support staff throughout the event was exemplary. This wasn’t just another job for the Events Dimensions Team – they wanted it to be the best and made sure it was. The Events Dimensions team brought a depth of experience, knowledge and  skills that are not easy to find. They also brought a level of re-assurance that would be valued by anyone who has organised, or is planning to organise, an event .

I would have no have no hesitation in recommending ‘Events Dimensions’ as an events organising partner. A first class service professionally and cost effectively delivered.
